Thank you for choosing glow & restore. We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer you a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please read the terms of our warranty carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Coverage

This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of The Rejuve Mask.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty is valid only when the product is used in accordance with the accompanying instructions.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of The Rejuve Mask.

Malfunctions or failures of the LED lights within the face mask.

What Is Not Covered

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.

Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions or use in a manner contrary to the intended purpose.

Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to excessive heat, cold, or moisture.

Claiming Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@glowandrestore.com and provide proof of purchase.

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include providing additional information, photographs, or returning the product for inspection.

Warranty Service Options

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

In the event that the product is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Duration of Warranty

This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
